       I had given up on carpet cleaning, always wet most stains not removed and some even returned days after it dried. before I ripped out the carpet I discovered your ad. Your procedure looked different, so I called. The lady at your office was very friendly and informative. When your tech. arrived I was given a quote much less than I had paid for steam. Once he completed I could not belive it, it looked new, you guys even removed the stains they could not even the ones that returned are gone. Thanks guys I will keep the carpet and recommend you.

       I was puppy training, and there was an accident occured on my mattress. I saw that you clean mattresses and called. the odor was removed, and I could not belive what came out of the mattress, so I had my other 2 done and feel much better knowing all that dust and bacteria are gone.
